Having moved down to Florida I stopped eating pizza because nowhere had anything close to NY pizza and then I stubbled upon this place and I go there as many times as I can. I never bother getting my pizza anywhere else. The staff is awesome and the food is great! The pizza is as close to NY pizza in the area as you'll find. The greek salad was good as well. I 💙 NY Pizza!!! I live 40+ miles away from the place but regularly go just to get the BEST pizza around! Nico and his gang are #1 in my book!

We love it! Lately sauces and cheeses are too heavy/ thick in pasta dishes like alfredo and meat sauce leaving them very dry and unable to eat them or enjoy the meal. Chicken Picatta is awesome! Staff seems to have improved and are very pleasant!

Only one critique and suggestion: for online take-out ordering, the estimated time was way off but confusing ("within 60 minutes") and the "your food is ready" message came after the hour had passed rather than when it was actually ready. If there's any way to have actual updates from staff when ready, or putting in the oven, that would be great.

One of the best pizza's in North Florida. The pizza guy is very talented from crust to sauce to all textures.

Best Cauliflower Crust Pizza you will ever eat! My favorite is the Roma! They cook it perfectly how like it every time and and the staff is very friendly! I like mine well done because I like my crust crunchy!!

The pizza was pretty good. I will definitely try again and not to mention, the staff was warm and welcoming. I'm from New York and though I visit, they have lots of great pizzerias around New York City and there are quite a bit similar to I Love NY Pizza and I really enjoy both theirs and the one here.

I ordered online, which was user friendly, and my to go order was ready sooner than promised. The Meat Lasagna and Chicken Picatta dinners were excellent and easily made two meals each. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my experience was excellent.

I moved to Florida from Jersey about a year ago. I've gone to so many pizza places here in FL and none of them know how to make pizza. This is the only place that knows how to make it taste similar to Jersey and NY. The pizza was amazing! I highly recommend☺️

Fantastic pizza! Their margherita and Roma pizzas especially are superb. Also have great customer service, always polite and efficient on the phone, and courteous delivery drivers too. Best pizza in town, and worth every penny!

The reason why I prefer I ❤️ NY pizza is because you can actually go inside to order, eat in the patio, and there's parking. Not to bad mouth Italian gator I think they're great too but my bar going days are over I don't feel like competing with drunk college kids for a NY slice. So if I had to point you to a place for great NY style pizza, I'd send you to I ❤️ NY pizza

I love I love NY Pizza! I’m actually very partial to the pasta dishes they have. If you haven’t tried them you should try their chicken Francesca! So good!

I have not had pizza this good in years! I’m from RI, home to federal hill & this pizza is better than any pizza I’ve ever had in the most italian capital of the east coast. Also, they don’t close at 8, they close at 9 pm, Monday through Saturday. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

WE LOVE NY PIZZA!!! Consistently delicious since we moved here in 2017 - they are our go to for pizza. Our last order on 9.10.21 of three extra large pizzas for our house party of 20 was perfect!!! Delicious pizza with a chewy crust - Everyone RAVED over the pizzas. Their salads are also outstanding - the spring salad is my favorite!

Ordered delivery. It was a little slow (42 minutes to get here), but it was really good! I got a variation of a large meat lovers with ricotta.

We moved to the area and are thrilled to have found this awesome pizza restaurant right down the street! We have ordered multiple times and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will be regular customers for sure!

I see these places all the time...masking as very poor NY style pizza. It's very annoying and frustrating as an Italian Ny'er. I was pleasantly surprised when the pizza was spot on! Thank you I love NY pizza and now I don't feel so far from home.

I've ordered and picked up or had delivered a few of their delicious baked pizzas. But lately, I've taken to ordering their "take and bake" pizzas that you cook in your own oven at home. They are fantastic and you et them fresh and hot out of your own oven.

the food was great as usual. They were very busy, so it took awhile but they gave me a bonus desert for my wait. Not necessary but very appreciated.

Friendly folks doing their best through the covid era. Selection and options were plentiful. Seating was reduced but available and adequate. Food was delicious and will definitely will return.

I went to I love NY Pizza today and got two pepperoni rolls togo. I was a little confused on what I wanted to order and the man working before the counter was very professional and was quick to help me decide what to order for a quick snack. By the time I got home they we still warm. They were a great quick snack and were super affordable. Overall great experience. I give four stars as the selection for smaller snacks was very little.

Great pizza!!! Very large serving size too so got to have leftovers. Pizza cheese and sauce were super yummy as were the veggies and pepperoni! Pepperoni rolls were also super delicious! Place has a great patio to sit at too. Oh and the Oreo cheesecake is the perfect dessert here!

Delicious and unique pizza combinations! Was a hit for a Halloween party! Lots of compliments on it.

Been getting food from I Love NY pizza for years, food is consistently yummy and the staff has always been professional and friendly. Just realized yesterday we can now order and pay online 👍😊.

Food is ALWAYS spectacular, order is always correct, and staff is always polite. The only complaint I have is the large delivery fee. I’d rather just tip the driver well then give the restaurant more money for food I’ve already paid for once, and while *I* will still always tip the driver, I’m sure many people are less likely to

Pizza was yummy. Salad was awesome! Delivery was quick.

My order was not done at the time specified in my online order, but the pizza was great. Maybe a little light on the toppings and it seemed as if they were just dropped in a clump and not spread out. I had to rearrange the toppings to make sure there was some on all the slices.

I love NY Pizza has some great pizza and garlic knots, I would rate this as one of the better places to eat pizza in Gainesville. It has a very great atmosphere and dining experience. You get your food in a timely manor and with a friendly staff your guaranteed your Order is right. They also have a wide variety of menu items to choose from besides just pizza, they have calzone’s and sandwiches too.

They have a chicken parm pizza which is really good and you don't see that many places. All of the pizzas that I have tried are great. The garlic knots are a must. I haven't had many of their dinners but their shrimp scampi was really good but unfortunately no longer on the menu
